"I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone, he was very pushy while texting to set up a time and didn’t act like a professional at all. Ernie came to give us a quote and was very rude from the jump. He was suppose to meet with me but my girlfriend answered the door because I was in the backyard and he goes “I thought I was suppose to be meeting Jack” in a rude tone. Doesn’t even say “good to meet you”. Most contractors would ask what we want done and how we want it to look at the end, he never once asked us anything. When he asked what floor tile we would want him to install we showed him from our other bathroom as the example and instead of saying that’s a good option or I would recommend this, he wants to point out three things in the finished bathroom that weren’t done “correctly” in his eyes, says nothing about the tile we showed him. As we are walking to get him a measuring tape since he doesn’t bring his own he points out two other flaws in our house and is very rude about it. I let him do up the quote in his truck and he comes back and first thing he says “in my opinion this is a great price, you won’t get anyone better and if you do they won’t do it right”. I told him thanks for the quote but we aren’t going to be going with you because of how unprofessional you have been. He then kept saying well I need my $95 fee for coming out which I think is stupid to charge people for an estimate anyway. He wanted to argue so I gave him $20 for gas money and told him this is not how you treat customers. I wouldn’t go with this guy and his company for anything, terrible experience."

"Believe it or not Ernie is really really good at his job and extremely professional. My wife and I needed our bathroom floor remodel so we got in contact with e Ernie. I didnt believe him when he told me it would be three days or less. By the second day he was almost done. He was very clean in his work area and he doesn't waist any amount of time. Our bathroom came out to be very beautiful. Ernie is worth every penny. Thank you so so much. Hopefully you'll consider the upstairs bathroom like we talked about.
