"Having purchased a condo in Florida, we needed some advise for style, color, etc. for a new carpet. The retailer in Florida suggested we go to a dealer in our present location for ideas. Seeing we had done business with Pro carpet in the past, we called them and explained our situation. They said they would be glad to help us. We went in and Dave helped us pick out styles, colors, etc. He also arranged to have samples sent to our home in Spencerport. After we made our choices with Dave’s help, we sent them to the retailer in Florida and they were able to find and install our choices. Pro Carpet, you are the best!"

"I DONNOT recommend this unknowledgeable flooring store. They barely know anything about the product or how to estimate or even listen to what you SPECIFICALLY ORDER apparently. Always walking away & whispering to another sales associate. They will order you too much product & upcharge the price then refuse to return any extra EVEN IF ITS UNOPENED & YOU DIDN'T ORDER THAT MUCH BUT THEY JUST DECIDED TO TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO ORDER A TON MORE. The front counter staff needs to take a lesson on customer service because a couple in specific are terrible at providing any type of good service whatsoever. They will NOT CALL you like they promise when you your products come into the store so be prepared to sit around & wait until you think you should call. I will Never be going here again. If you like disappointment & spending a lot of your hard earned currency for a bunch of flooring material you don’t need, choose pro carpet. They will make sure to give you a run for your money. Not to mention a hard time when you want to return material that they pushed down your throat. Someone needs to call the BBB on this place. My first time there was & forever will be my LAST time there."

"Dave at pro carpet was a pleasure to work with he came to measure the day after i called and when my carpet was delivered the crew was here the next day to install they did an amazing job it looks phenomenal and they did 3 bedrooms a hallway and stairs in 3 hours awesome job would highly recommend"
