Just a poor layout in front of the plaza, yet there is plenty of parking as you enter along the right side of the plaza - doesn't get used because of laziness. "We come here often to visit the UPS store and the Chinese restaurant. The parking lot pretty much sucks. When it rains the lot in front of the left side of the shopping center floods. A giant puddle surrounding the sewer that doesn't drain for days after a rain. Also there is not enough parking. I usually come here at night, when most of the retail stores have already closed and I still have a hard time getting a spot in front of the stores. Meh."
