"Great new location. I see my drs in the Poughkeepsie office but having the Kingston one helps for Urgent Care, Testing needed etc I love the staff. They are just as friendly and helpful and professional like the 30 Columbia Street one. It’s very clean and the wait times are never extremely long."

"Good service. Doctors that really know their stuff. And considering that the medical field is turning into a business where they care more about the money than the people. These doctors do care."

"First, I love my healthcare providers here. I love my child's healthcare provider. They are fantastic, and they provide wonderful care for us both. They are why I come here. Since Optum took over, my husband and I cannot get ahold of anyone for even the most basic information. No one knows anything. Everyone transfers us back and forth until we're disconnected. No one can tell us what insurance is accepted, and the most recent person I was speaking to this morning, after being transferred to three different people, and being out on hold repeatedly, was chewing potato chips in my ear and told me she couldn't give me information about insurance providers Optum accepts because"there are too many to name," and when I asked her to name a few, she spewed them out so fast I couldn't catch most of them. How can we get the healthcare we need if we can't even get ahold of anyone? Calling the direct number results in being on hold for an hour at a time, only to be disconnected without being able to leave a message. Again, I love the doctors and nurses we have been lucky enough to have, but Optum is making their jobs all but impossible."

"These people had me wait 5 months for an appointment then cancel reschedule me for another month later than cancel again and couldn’t schedule for at least another 2 months out. I’m done with these people. You will die waiting for them. This is the worst care I’ve ever not gotten and to compound the situation they knew 4 days prior that she was gonna be out and said they called me the morning of the appointment and left a voicemail but yet they kept sending text message reminding me of my appointment up to an hour before my appointment. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a primary care physician. Please save yourself and don’t waste your time."

"We have been with them since they are caremount. The management seems a lot worse after they merge and change the name to Optum. The doctors and nurses are good and nice, but everything else is a pain: The phone calls take at least 40 minutes to an hour no matter which department you want to reach, if you want portal help that’s 1hr + ; Difficult to to access your own health record, takes a long time; phone operators are not professional at all, I doubt there’s any training provided, they mostly not helpful, give out misleading or wrong informations, as simple as opening hours. It has been very disappointed and frustrated experience. Families we know have left and we are leaving them too."
