"No stars!! My first experience with my salesperson was great. He was friendly, helpful. Everything went downhill from there. The guy that came out to measure was rude. The installers were obnoxious, unprofessional and did a terrible job. The sink was not caulked properly. They left glue and caulk all over the countertops. They were also supposed to leave me with a bracket for the dishwasher installation. They did not leave it. I had to call because there was so much mess left, I couldn't get it off the counters. They sent another guy out 2 days later to clean the counters and finish the caulking. It took him over an hour to get all the mess cleaned up. They had left me the sink cutout, so I asked if they could cut it down for me into cutting boards. Of course, for an extra charge. When my contractor told me that they didn't leave the bracket for the dishwasher, I called again. I had to go pick it up. When I asked why they didn't leave it for me, i was told that if I didn't know enough to ask for it, they wouldn't leave it. What??? I picked up the cutting boards at the same time. When I got home and put them on the counters, it was obvious it was not the same pattern as my countertops. They told me they were charging me for the boards because of the polishing and finishing work they had to do. Did they really give me ones that were hanging around the shop and charge me for work that they didn't do?? Never again."

"The owners and staff, especially Scott, were easy to deal with. They were extremely helpful to get our project to completion after a nightmare experience with a large retailer's installation department. They accommodated my son's need for special scheduling of the measurements and installation. Everything arrived and was installed on the date promised, and the workmanship was outstanding.
