"Sends out automated messages when prescriptions are supposed to be ready, drive to pharmacy only to find out it’s not ready and have to come back again later. Doesn’t check script queue sent by doctors, call to find out why script isn’t ready only to find out they never looked. One of the staff in particular is rude and judgmental, unfortunately the same one you’re most likely to interact with. Switched to this pharmacy due to more convenient location, but due to rude staff and aforementioned issues we’ll likely switch back to the one we’d been using further away. Not worth the extra trips and needing to call to get things moving all the time."
