"The owner / management of this location needs to cough up the money to hire more employees because every single time I come here, which is often several times a week, the line is literally out the door. I feel terrible for the poor, overwhelmed employees that have to take care of everybody, usually completely by themselves, and this one star review is in no way against them. They are always kind and courteous and do not deserve to handle lines of customers alone. HIRE MORE STAFF!"

"I’m admittedly a huge pain in the butt when it comes to shipping and print orders. The staff at this UPS store location are rock stars as they meet my many needs, in particular Tay. Tay is grounded, patient and always handles my dilemmas with care and thoughtfulness. I wish there were more people like Tay."
"New owner could not be more unfriendly. He seems to have little to no interest in this business so I’m confused & honestly I miss the previous owner. I will say the manager is WONDERFUL to work with. She’s knowledgeable & very kind. UPDATE: the last several visits have seemed better with regard to the owner. Not overly friendly, but more polite than previous visits."
"I have used this location for about 2 years and I’m in there about every 2 days and I have never once had any issues at all… and the most people I have seen in line is 3 people in front of me and I’m in at all times of the day. I see the low star ratings and have never understood unless these employees are just not around anymore. I have had positive interactions with all employees over my time visiting the store since 3 months into the pandemic… there is also a counter in the center of the store to set packages on or to write on if needed. Very convenient location so feel free to give them a try again if needed."
