"The staff here is very nice and friendly; however it I felt as though I was not a priority for them. There were 4 employees sitting at the front desk and it took a good 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I arrive 5 minutes before my appointment time and didn't get called back until 35 minutes after my appointment time. Then when the appointment started the technician had me in the incorrect room for what I needed so then I had to wait about 10 minutes for that other room to get freed up (which went to someone who arrived about 20 minutes after me. The optometrist was kind and went over options with me and helped me make a decision that was best in terms of contacts. Upon check-out there was again 4 employee's sitting at the front with no one ahead of me and took almost 10 minutes for them to be ready to check me out. Even though the staff was nice and optometrist knowledgeable the wait definitely overshadowed the good experience. The employee checking me out also couldn't explain the charges and what insurance pays."
