"I am a young person with little to no understanding of the upholstery process, but after the arms of my chair become worn down from years of use I decided to come in to see if they could be repaired. When you first walk in the place it is dusty and there are different fabrics piled everywhere the eye can see. I walked towards the back area of the store and a man greeted me asking what he could do for me. I explained my needs, he only asked a few questions before telling me to call back in a week. I called back and was told to come by in a few days to collect my chair arms. I came back today and was absolutely blown away with the quality of the repair and at a very good price. I will absolutely come back here for any upholstery needs I have in the future. Thank you!"

"Brought sofa cushions into the shop for re-stuffing and recovering. Owner was less than enthusiastic about doing the work and claimed not to be able to replace cushion stuffing to make it more resistant to "pancaking." Unwilling to go through material books to aid in matching with the remainder of the sofa. Seemed not to want to do the work. Sorely disappointing experience. Would not recommend."

"After admiring two beautiful living room chairs in my neighbor's home, she graciously left them to me when she passed. I knew the chairs were quite old, and marveled about the wonderful condition. She had previously told me she had them re-upholstered in the 70's! Upon carrying these beasts next door to our home, I found the tag on the underside, placed there by J&P Upholstery. After owning these chairs for several years myself, we decided to donate them. I, personally, believe in donating only good to excellent condition items, and these chairs were no exception. After over 40 years of use, these chairs look new. The fabric does not have a single worn spot (difficult to believe on a short pile velour), rip or tear! The fabric is not faded and each and every button (chairs and ottomans) is in place. If this is not a testament to the quality of work this company does, I don't know what is."
