"No one ever answers emails and the website does not show any of the inventory. The times I've been there, the staff certainly wasn't overwhelmed with customers so taking/posting pictures or answering emails shouldn't be difficult (of course that would interfere with fooling around with the cell phone). I would shop here more often, but I live too far away to take a trip for nothing."

My personal shop is equipped in a way I could never afford without the Tool Thrift Shop. "Amazing place that EVERY CITY should have - a place to donate and buy tools, household repair things, etc.; instead of throwing them into the landfill. Also, the proceeds help seniors stay in their homes!! It is all volunteer run by a local church ministry and many of the volunteers are seasoned, retired engineers and craftsmen who are super friendly and - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!! I have to limit my visits because for me, it's like being a kid in a candy store. BTW, the prices are great. Go here first before a big box store!!
