"Good clean hotel with hot breakfast. Only issue was room next door was extremely loud, no reason for them to be next to me when there were like 8 cars in the entire parking lot. The hotel was empty. Be aware you will have to pay top dollar for this hotel."

"Unfortunately this hotel is HORRIBLE. It's the only hotel in the area, so there's not much wiggle room to work with a different company. The hotel itself was clean, new, and nice. The workers of the hotel are unhelp, unaccommodating, have poor communication, bad follow-through, and are just rude. I've never called corporate of a company before, but did with this hotel. Avoid at all costs."

"I ask for a receipt after my stay. They side I booked it 3rd party which I didn't I called the hotel directly. Also the room was dirty had hair in the shower and the hall had fans running all week..."

"Just happened onto this hotel in Medina on a road trip through the area. What a find! The best things are incorporated into the rooms. Many many outlets for charging electronics. Night light in the bathroom, shower instead of a tub, Frig and microwave good sized and accessible. Comfy beds. This place was incredibly clean and fresh. Felt like it had been opened last week. And to top it off - reasonable room rates!"

"If you are going to book a hotel block for your wedding, run the other way. We booked a hotel block almost a year before the wedding. It was booked through a very nice older man who we were told was the owner. He was wonderful. when it came closer to the wedding, we found out that the older man had passed away. Since then, the management and workers were the worst that I have ever worked with. They were extremely rude to my wedding guests when they would call and try to get our room block. They were also very rude to my mother when trying to inquire about certain questions. Each answer was completed with a sigh or short rude remark.We also got told that our room block was full. When I called to see how many rooms got booked, they told me 12. I had a room block of 20 requested when it first was scheduled. Basically, they were extremely rude and not easy to work with. They treated multiple brides this way so just be careful. The rooms were fine, nothing crazy."
