Homemade brownies awaited our arrival and we had home-made coffee cake for breakfast. Tidy, clean and comfortable. Secure bike storage for though-riders. Beautiful gardens surround the house. Very thoughtful hosts...thank you!"
"The owners were very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I were riding the Erie Canal on bicycles. They let us store the bikes in a locked garage. Breakfast was awesome. I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again."

Pat and Bob are a delight, they treat everybody like family and you definitely feel like home when you are here. I cannot believe the price, I felt like I should have paid more for what I got. "Pat and Bob were a joy to meet - they made us feel right at home! Lovely room and grounds right on the Erie Canal. Bob had some great stories and Pat was lovely and cheerful. The walk to town was through a beautiful Victorian neighborhood. We’ll stay here again."
