"If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website states same day sick appointments for patients yet I’ve never experienced this. I called awhile back and was told I had to wait 5 days for an appointment! I was so sick I had no other place to get me in than Malta med which resulted in a $490 bill…. Just called today as I have bronchitis which may be going to pneumonia didn’t phase them and I have to wait till Monday at 5pm to get in. Why bother having them as your primary care when they can’t be bothered to see you when sick? I’ve been doing urgent care visits which cost me hundreds. I can’t wait to move to my new doctor. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this practice as you will most likely suffer days while waiting to get in to be seen when sick."

"Been going to Dr Price for about 20 years. Always spot on with diagnosis and treatment. Never have to wait more than 15 minutes from apt time. Always able to get in day of call. Offices very clean, and staff professional. Very satisfied and continuing patient."

"Committed patient abandonment of both myself and my mother who are chronically ill and disabled. My mother ended up having a stroke. They’re shady and cruel and Dr. Price likes to make off the record cell phone calls to other doctors and talk about patients and interfere with care: I’m lucky to have proof so I can make sure something is done to stop them from doing this to others!"

"Dr. Marc Price is the best. He is super personable and very thorough. He takes extra time to show me real data and studies on his computer of different family genetic diseases I'm concerned about. All the staff are super friendly and quick. I never wait more than 5 min in the waiting room and they have me booked for my next visit within 30 seconds of leaving. All these negative reviews are false and are from people that are not long time patients. Yes walk-ins are difficult when you're a popular independent practice with a fully booked calendar. For test results I get a personal call from a staff member by next day at the latest and I can log into their portal to view myself."

"Terrible!!!! Do not go here if you care about your health. There are plenty of viable options in the area with much better care. Office staff is rude, never available, lazy, and not helpful. There is always an attitude whether you call or in-person despite being friendly. As for the doctors and quality of care....below par. Never felt heard, always rushed, was never helpful and never felt that this place was a partner in my healthcare. If you are looking for a family practice to support you on your healthcare journey and achieve your healthcare goals this is NOT the place. Avoid if possible."
