"I recently had my annual visit and as usual Erin Feeney PA was most thorough. I am 72 yo in good health and her thorough assessments keeps my good health on track. She sees to it that I am up to date on all the preventative tests, procedures, blood work, current meds, any needed consults. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Thank you to all including the Nurse Megan and front desk Stacy."

"They have taken a huge nose dive in customer service and patient care. Very rude and condescending and making up blatant lies (that could easily be disproven from call recordings). Very sad when an office takes a Hippocratic oath and wildly violates that to save face. Go elsewhere. Their reply is entirely inaccurate and speaks volumes about how they treat patients. I was not rude, hateful and I certainly wasn’t unlawful. Also, writing an honest review isn’t slandering. These are complete lies. This all started when they were attempting to have me come back in as a new patient after telling me I wouldn’t have to because we only temporarily relocated to Philly for my daughter to have open heart surgery due to her being born with a critical heart defect. She was in the hospital for 7 months and we were in Philly for close to a year due to complications, we weren’t expecting to stay that long. I never even raised my voice with them. I have a great respect for medical professionals (as they have saved my critically ill daughter more than once) and would never in a million years treat medical professionals that way. The response “get the help you need” says everything it needs to about this place. How sad."

"I have been a patient at Center for Family practice for several years now and in the last 3 months I have seen their patient care and efficiency go down dramatically. It truly is a shame as I really used to enjoy the quick responses and ease of calling in to the practice and having my issues taken care of. Their lack of staff really shows when no one picks up the phone at all hours of operation. Even when you leave a message no one calls you back. These issues are not only trying to schedule appointments (and yes I am aware of booking online) but a patient should be able to make appointments and speak to an employee at any time or at least be called back. I am sad to re-write my review as it used to be so positive, but their patient satisfaction awareness for those who have been with them for years is declining and very upsetting."

"I've been a patient at the practice for the better part of a year and am very happy here. The staff is consistently professional and friendly. Appointments are met in a timely manner. My primary care provider as well as other providers who have seen me are always attentive and demonstrate genuine care for me as a patient. I'd recommend this practice to anybody looking for a provider."
