"These guys are the worst! Took them months just to get me a CPAP machine, saying they were waiting on insurance approval. Then they told me I'd have a small monthly fee to pay, but ended up charging me over $500. When I contacted my insurance company they said it's because they are out of network, and nobody bothered to tell me so I could find a different company. The worst experience with a medical supply company I've ever had. Now I have to fight to try to get my money back because they say they can't refund me even when I return the equipment."

"Absolute worst company to deal with. The slow painful death of sleep apnea complications is far less painful than dealing with this company. I have to call multiple times a week, for months, just to get the replacement parts they claim to be processing when I call them. You have to hand hold this company more that a kindergartner on their first day and they still manage to mess it up. Save yourself the headache and the money and buy a machine and parts on Amazon. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and poor customer care. If I was as bad at my job as these people were, I would have been fired forever ago."
