"My mom, Barbara (88 years old) and I went specifically to Mattress Frim because I had had a good experience with the company standing by their products. Francis (Scott) was so friendly and helpful. He wanted to make sure we got the most comfortable bed for my mom at the right price. We weren’t directed to only high priced beds, Scott showed us different beds at various prices. "You can only judge a company by what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong for me. I ordered a mattress that was too high for my frame and bought the adjustable base (which just made it higher). In tv view mode I was less than 4 feet from my ceiling kind of mistake. Elisa at the store in Commack made everything right. She took our call AFTER HOURS on her cell that night! She arranged for the wrong mattress to be picked up and a new one delivered in about 48 hours. Both delivery crews were amazing and professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Elisa and company she represents. If you need a mattress make sure you ask for Elisa because if there is an issue she will get it fixed fast and the mattress I am now on, although much less comical, is AWESOME!"
