"The medical office from hell. This place is a mess. Its always overcrowded. I requested my physical and ppd forms be sent to my employer and it took the doctor forever to fill it out and return. Two weeks later I was still waiting for it. I called many times to find out what was taking so long. I always got the same lady in the morning outside the office who had an attitude and another time sounded like she was just waking up. She told me to email the doctor and gave me the wrong email address. I later heard the office never received the fill out forms and then I heard they couldnt find it. They are unorganized. The paper they finally sent on their fax came out so light, my employer couldnt read it and requested for it to be resent. The supervisor had the audacity to refuse told me I had to and come and pick it up which I did not.They need to get their fax machine fixed. That was my last visit. Ill never going back."
"I got there in the morning, waiting for over two hours and then later told me my appointment got changed to later in the afternoon, so I came back later and then, not surprised at all, waited for over 3 hours to get seen. Everyone in the waiting room was waiting for hours and hours. It's awful. They have awful time-management schedules. The office say they’re doing their best, but if they really were, this problem would have been solved by now."
