"Used to be a great practice, now it’s all young drs. If your dog is bigger then a French bulldog and you don’t want your dog muzzled just bc the dr who is supposed to be a professional is visibly scared for no reason and doesn’t even know how to approach a dog properly. If you have a cat you should be fine, otherwise they need new seasoned vets w experience on not just toy breeds. Definitely not worth the inflated “north shore” pricing either."

"I’m not one to leave a bad review because number one I work in customer service and secondly, I understand businesses do make mistakes and stuff happens...that being said I brought my puppy to get his first grooming here. I dropped him off at 8:30...I waited until 1pm and I called them since I hadn’t heard from them. The groomer Teresa proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do anything besides bathe and cut around his eyes because he was too “wiggly” and wouldn’t sit still...I’m not a groomer but I’m pretty sure most dogs especially puppies aren’t the easiest to groom, but I think more could’ve been done to assist in the cutting process and if not they should have called me at that moment, they did not(are you kidding me?) then they had the audacity to charge me $70 for a bath and bang cut. Now I should’ve known not to call them back but I decided to give them another chance since I need to board my dog at the end of the month, I call around 9am a woman picks up and immediately puts me on hold, comes back and says “we’re really too busy right now to book a boarding we have to call you back” now I’m sorry but in any business you never, EVER tell someone that they’re too busy to book a service that would make them money? I was appalled! I just received a call at 5:15pm...8 HOURS LATER from “Randy” and she asks when I would like to book for boarding, I said are you serious I called at 9am I already booked at another place and she quickly tried to rush me off the phone in a condescending attitude...uh uh no way I told her how I felt as a customer and that she should really change how they do business! She was so rude and basically hung up on me. I will never do business with them nor will anyone else I know. I can’t stress enough how dissatisfied I am with Paw Seasons. Please do your research before bringing your fur baby here!"
