"The patient care manager system is not so good. I had an experience that I called a week ago and they made me an appointment and then when I am arriving to notify them that I am arriving they tell me that I do not have any appointment and I live far away I spent $100 dollars for the ticket and The assistant who answered me on the phone didn't care, she just told me that pout attention and that someone was going to call me to make an appointment mercilessly, carrying my dog he is heavy because he has a broken leg he can’t walk I asked for permission to leave work early it is 2/3 hours transportation time this was an experience that I will never forget, I have to add that the vets are very professional this is for the receptionists"
