"NO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ENTIRELY UNRELIABLE. I depended on this company to get catheters, which I require for my health. The first two orders came much later than I was told. With the third order, I contacted them repeatedly about when I might expect delivery. I even requested a different, much less preferred brand to use in the mean time. They never got back to me. OVER SIX WEEKS after my order, after repeated attempts to reach them, they told me that they did not have either brand and would not be sending me any. I am now stuck, as it takes weeks to setup an account with another company. This is how they treat your health. Avoid them. In response to Grover's response: This is it the first I am hearing this. They never initiated communication with me directly. They could have let me know this six weeks ago. Instead, they just let me run out of catheters, and then address me in this public forum. This is no excuse. My review and recommendation to avoid stands."
