"They changed their phone system and it has been a nightmare. I was sick 2 weeks ago and had to drive to the office to make an appt because the phones weren't working. They unfortunately had no appts when I got there and I ended up having to go to urgent care. This week I have a checkup and called multiple times to try and switch my appt but no one that answers the phone is able to actually make an appt for you. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back that never happens. I give up! I think its time for a new doctor. Its a shame because I love my doctor."

"I have been a patient here for many years and because I’ve enjoyed relatively good health I haven’t needed to go in for quite some time. Well today I called to see if I can be seen right away because I pulled a muscle in my back and had trouble walking. They told me because I haven’t been there in a while, I will be treated as a new patient and they wouldn’t see me for well over a month. So much for loyalty to existing patients. The complete lack of empathy, concern or interest in my situation was maddening. The sad part is, I really like my doctor but the staff makes it impossible to stay here as a patient."

"I must say I have never experienced such terrible service at a hospital. My daughter was admitted to the ER for evaluation. After the doctor saw her abs acknowledged a discharge I am still here 4 hours later Waiting to be discharged no one wants to help or take accountability. Would never come to the ER ever again"

"I want to share an incident that recently happened to my daughter at your clinic on 6/26/2018. My daughter went because she ate something that made her vomit and cause her to be ill. Because her primary doctor was on vacation, and she had to wait for another doctor. She was not checked in by any of the 5 medical assistants that were there; they either were talking to each other or on their cell phones. When they finally acknowledged her, over 10 minutes had passed. As she was checking in, she was told to wait even though she informed them that her condition was getting worse. She asked how much longer before she could get seen, one of the medical assistant disappeared in the back and my daughter heard laughter before the medical assistant returned and told her she had to wait for 2 other patients. My daughter repeatedly told them that she wouldn’t able to wait much longer because she was having an allergic reaction that was shutting down her throat and making her rash grow. She started to wheeze in front of them but none of the 5 medical assistants recognize what was happening to my daughter. Medical assistant do not have the knowledge to assess patient; they are only there to do vital signs, check in the patient, or let the doctor know that the patients are waiting. This clinic has five incompetent medical assistants who are not able to recognize what an emergency is or properly inform the doctors of an emergency. If this clinic is going to continue having medical assistant, they should be train properly and as soon a patient tells them "I can’t breathe", they should communicate that to the doctors immediately. Thank God my daughter had the common sense to leave the clinic and go to the local urgent care where she was treated immediately. This is not the way to conduct business and not the way to tend patients that go to your clinic."

"At 12:44pm 2/7/17; I went to ask if they were able to take my insurance and they were unable to answer my question because all three of the receptionist at the front of the desk were on a lunch break. They told me that for them to help me I had to come back at 1:15pm. I even asked for a business card so I could call and make an appointment and one of the receptionist got very irriated because I wanted a business card. I don't understand how a professional business can have all of their receptionists on a lunch break at the same time. Customer services is very important and they have none whatsoever. Its very unprofessional that they are all eating at the front of desk."
