"I continue to struggle with why I am responsible for contacting my insurance company to get a code for a procedure that I am having. Your team knows exactly what they are looking for and is able to facilitate the information needed. I was told that you do not have time to contact the insurance company which I found to be insulting since it’s left to me as if I had the time to do . As I tried to explain the situation today the representative basically stating that I was yelling. My voice was not raised but was speaking quickly to state that I what was told by my doctor and based on me contacting the insurance company there should be no charge. It makes for a frustrating experience Going forward when I entered this facility I will not speak with that person again."

"The entire staff working there are great. Kind, helpful and efficient. I live a 1/4 mile from one of their locations, but drive 20 minutes to go here because I know it will be a good experience. The facility is clean and modern."

"Arrived 15 min early for my ultrasound appt. Parking lot on-site which was convenient. There was a greeter who held the door as you enter or exit & greeted you. As soon as I got inside the staff at the front desk also greeted me & instructed me to sign my name on the clipboard. Before I can sit down my name was called. I was provided with log in info for an online portal to view my results on their website. Within seconds the tech came out to get me to bring me to the back. She was welcoming, attentive & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I was done in no time. If I ever have to return to Lenox Hill Radiology I’ll choose this location."

"The staff was friendly very warm and inviting. I only be seen at this place for years. They are always the same to everyone. I appreciate the staff You never know what a person is going through. When you arrive they have only good, cool vibes. You feel better. Wonderful place to be LHR Lynbrook 10+ service."

"The grounds are modern and clean. The technician was nice and professional. I was hoping to be acknowledged, at a minimum, upon entry. I wasn’t greeted at all and figured out where to sign in on my own - there were a couple of sign in sheets at the counter. A couple of customers walked in behind me and they were taken care of before me. When I asked if I was at the right place (for the specific procedure), the woman at the front desk responded “if your appointment is at Lenox Hill, then yes.” In essence, I was confirming that this was the only registration desk. Perhaps a follow up question by the front desk employee would have been more applicable here? I’d suggest applying better customer service practices."
