We sat on this set for at least 20 minutes to make sure it was comfortable. We did not receive that sectional. The one we did get is worn and feel like it has been used already. Spoke to the manager just now - his name is Mike,. I am so disappointed that this is taking this long to resolve. I have called, emailed and the tech came out to prove my claim, which was found to be true of wearing down. I thought this was a good store to purchase from. Maybe it was just us that wasn't supposed to go here smh. Hopefully we get this resolved soon. I am definitely getting the run around and was told that we received a text message, which was clearly not true. They don't want to give us our money back. They want to exchange the set.
