"I had such a great experience here. I had been having foot pain for almost a week and it was progressing so I opted to try getting a last minute appointment with a Podiatrist. Initially, I called Co-op City Foot Care Center and left a message late last night (after business hours). I also left a message on their website. I was hoping to get an emergency appointment somewhere, but honestly was not hopefully given that my search online turned up with little results for anything any time soon. I received a call back the same evening and Mo (the front desk agent) was so cordial and professional. He offered to squeeze me in for an appointment next day. Woohoo!! I was quite the happy camper given that I would probably finally find out what was wrong with my foot. Fast forward to appointment time. I got to the office and Mo was there. He helped me get checked in and was so accommodating. I was seen by Dr. Badawy within about 10 minutes (unheard of!) Dr. Badawy was also very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a thorough check of my foot, xrays, etc and offered his expert opinion. Although I’ll be in a boot for the next several weeks (bummer), I can say that I could not have had a better experience during my visit. From the Dr. to the supporting staff, top notch service! I felt comfortable and like I had been going there for years. I would absolutely recommend this location. Thank you Dr. Badawy and Mo for treating me with great care. I really appreciate the excellent “bedside manner”, especially in a time where it is lacking. Keep up the amazing work! We need more professionals like you!"
