"Don't go, once upon a time i would have recommended this place to everyone.but now i recommend taking your chances w google. I called last week made an appointment. Only to get there and be told ain't no doctors there. And that my appointment was made for another location and a whole nother day . Same thing again today . Then i was told to go to the white planes location get there it's 3 ppl in there and I'm told i just give pee and leave someone will call . Just got a call didn't even test the pee i asked was i pregnant they like you didn't ask us that WHATTTTT then gone ask me everything that's n the chart instead of looking at it. The doctors here are a joke the phone do not work nobody picks up ever and when they do it's prob from Brooklyn cuz you get transferred 100x b4 you get anything done my advise find a real doctor NEVER GO TO ESSEN IF YOU DONT HAVE TO"

"Clean and the staff was very pleasant. The doctor was very sweet and asked more than twice if I understood or had any questions. She smiled through out the whole visit and looked straight in my eyes for all my answers. I recommend this facility for any adult or children care. The wait was no more than 10 minutes if that!"

"Been on line waiting to get inside the clinic since 8:45am. It is 11:54am and there still is a long reach to get in. There is absolutely no order or coordination to this process at this clinic. This is my first time and last time at this place."

"Doctors and their assistances never contacts you back and never gets back to you to make your appointment. The assistance calls with an attitude and hangs up the phone , this place has no care for patients, you are not able to get in contact with anyone you just have to wait until someone gets in contact with you, even when the medication they put you on is causing server side effects they’d rather you walk in an emergency room before contacting you for further assistance. These people are unreliable and untrustworthy. I was put on medication that was causing server pain and side effects that scared me , the doctor who put me on that medication was no wear to be found when I needed assistance. I contacted Essen the entire time (2weeks straight) trying to get an appointment with the doctor, I was told by ESSEN’s staff that they will contact the doctor “sending a message”, and for me to wait until the doctor gets back to me except that doctor NEVER GOT back to me. I called Essen medical again and again they sent another message… at this point it just feels like doctors are ignoring messages because no one is EVER getting back to me !!! I was left to deal with those side effects and that pain for two weeks straight with no one getting back to me, I couldn’t move to go to an emergency room I literally had to deal with it and I would have never had to deal with it if I was not put on those pills in the first place. I’m definitely leaving ESSEN medical I can’t take it, I’m going back to Po medical now the experience you get here is extremely ridiculous!!"
