"Select providers are attentive and caring, others worse sense of care from a "Care Provider". No follow-up and very dismissive of concerns. Note concerns as a customer to desk/office staff and was nearly gaslighted. As a healthcare provider myself, I am ashamed that this is the care being provided. Attempted to reach out to patient relations several times to verbalize concerns with 20+ minutes on hold, no call back and non responsive."

"Cristine Nightingale Orthopedics Dept is an amazing provider. She goes above and beyond for her patience. She is very professional , trustworthy, reliable, and caring. And when you see her, she always brings your frown into a smile."

"This place is a dumb, used to be good quality caring health care professionals who were serious about their craft. the last 2 yrs have been so awful I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down. don’t bother with the internal medicine doctors they just want to bill your insurance without actually helping, they lie on what they put on your records and they think patients won’t find out of all the inaccurate information, to save themselves, check what these doctors actually put on your records!!! behavioral health is a joke don’t bother going here if you need an actual professional, they will bounce you from department to department blaming everyone else, the office managers tell you that even they themselves hate working / being patients there bc there is no real system…don’t put your health in the hands of these people, their goal is to drive you to call 30x a week for basic care and schedule appointments with people you don’t need while you are trying to take care of your health. Everyone who calls you back has no resolution they just tell you that the office has been going under for a while. Don’t bother with patient executive relations either Bc they can’t help you, literally a waste of time you fill out multiple complaints just for them to tell you to find another office so I cancelled every doctor."

"All our doctors’ practices were swallowed up by WestMed and we’re slowly switching out of it. A few reasons: - Appointments are impossible to get - they push everyone to urgent care (likely to save money) otherwise expect to wait 2 months. - Half the appointments are billed wrong (so you spend hours on the phone getting them corrected - otherwise a free/covered annual physical will end up costing you $). - While the doctors are good, the bureaucracy/administration isn’t worth it. I switched to Phelps Medical Group and while they’re not perfect, it’s a lot less frustrating."

"This is not the best in standard medical care, I think. I need to get my blood pressure checked periodically but they are always too busy. That's all I needed - no medical appt. 3 minutes. However, last time they wanted to charge me co-pay of $70 for urgent care, as my primary doctor's staff was too busy again. I also had a foot issue with the sole of my foot so saw orthopedist. I needed an MD not a podiatrist because it was a bone issue. Specialty co-pay of $40. At appointment this orthopedist told me, "sorry I don't do feet" (yes that is a quote). I got co-pay money back from insurance but it took a while. How outrageous -- and this was an older doctor, not a medical intern. Also, here on the website I saw some comments about call center: Call center is not at facility so it's not 100% sure you will get your message or request through to doctor; often you have to call a second time to follow up -- and some of the call center agents who answer the phone are not fluent in English (hard to believe but yes. . .). So, this is not the best medical group around. I like my primary doctor, the labs and radiology are excellent and I like my dermatologist (good luck getting an appointment!), but suggest to go to another group for best medical care if you have a serious condition. Actually the walk-in urgent care centers in many towns (like City MD) are wonderful so I would recommend them if you really need a doctor for an immediate issue."
