"If you get appointment here, cancel everything else you have . It does not matter if you show up early or not. Came 10 minutes early for 12 o’clock appointment, at 12:45 pm, still sitting in the waiting room. Yet to be seen. The service here sucks. I stopped visiting for 2 years and came back 2023 because I didn’t want to be traveling to Manhattan but after today, I should. It’s ridiculous"

"I had a 9:30am appointment on July 19, 2021 for a stress test. I arrive at 9:20 and let the receptionist my name and she tells me have a seat. 9:30 comes, 9:45 comes, 10am comes so now 10:05 I get up and tell the receptionist I’m leaving. The receptionist then tells me don’t leave they’re preparing the room for me. How convenient to say they are prepping the room for me once I say I’m going to leave. How are you giving a stress test to a patient and you’re causing stress by being inconsiderate like my time means nothing. NOBODY from 9:30 to 10:05 came to me and kept me informed about my stress test. I’m very disappointed and felt disrespected like I didn’t have anything else to do that day but sit down, and WAIT until they FELT like calling me."
