Handed her paper for drug screening she handed me a paper to fill out did that and handed in with drivers license and she did whatever you do with it handed it back to me.. 2 minutes later did they give you a paper or email .... um... I handed it to you ... she ruffles some papers oh here it is ... 1 minute later did you give me your drivers license... um YES.. you took it and did whatever you do with it.... I could see if it was busy but I was the only one there!!! HELLO!! Then go into room with nurse going over info gets to phone# reads s number is they correct ..NO ... which part ... all of it!!!! So now the incompetent receptionist entered so other persons phone number.... SMH!!!!"
