"Avoid their urology department at all costs. My wife has MS on top of the bladder and kidney issues that almost turned lethal. But every step taken was a fight. Her first doctor wanted her transferred to another hospital and let it slip that it was due to billing related issues. After going toe to toe with young, male doctors to do right by my wife, her first urologist conveniently stopped working in the location we prefer to visit. Now her second urologist is a younger, male doctor with serious issues. It is all about his ego. He is also a gutless so-and-so. He will not return my calls or letters, even after I reported my wife going through symptoms resembling those that landed her in the hospital last time. The only thing Premier's urology department is good for is getting into pi$$ing contests with arrogant egomaniacs who don't actually care about what's best for their patients."

"I had a biopsy and was told that if it came back positive I would get a call to talk about steps moving forward. Well almost a year later I moved and am now in a different part of NY, upon having other issues I went to a new doctor and they recommended I follow up to get my records. When I called Premier and asked them for the records and results I was told in the most upbeat fashion that "Sorry no one ever contacted you but your biopsy came back positive, we're sorry". This is unacceptable for a doctor not to call a patient after a promise to tell them about such a detrimental result. now I'm stuck playing catch up with a diagnosis that the doctor didn't want to check for to begin with. STAY FAR AWAY"
