After we began to use the spa, I had questions that I would text to Scott at all hours of the evening and on weekends. He always responded quickly and has been extremely helpful."

"Summer 2021 we went to Pool Mart to look into pools. Will Gardner was there and took his time going over every question we could think of. He sent us home with lots of information to think over. We decided to take the plunge on a 27 foot RADIANT semi inground pool. We called over to ask if they would be able to hold it for a day or two before we could make the hour drive over to put a deposit down. Wasn't an issue at all. The pool was in-stock and ready to go whenever we were. We decided to do the ground work and install ourselves. We would call what seemed like a few times a day with questions and pool mart was right there to answer our needs. It was finally time to fill our pool and so we did, from a local farm pond. I never thought what went in that pool would ever be clear swimming water. We called over and once again Will knew exactly what we needed. After throwing in the recommended chemical, we came outside the next day to a beautiful crystal clear pool. I can't say enough good things about pool mart and their employees, we highly recommend them! Even if your just looking for outdoor furniture or a gas fire pit check out pool mart. We snagged up a fire pit to sit next to the pool for night swims. I'll load a photo of our unfinished pool ( too much rain to finish the pavers) and the fire pit.."
