"The whole team is wonderful. Dr. Maggio always make me feel relaxed and he is happy to look at alternatives to traditional medicine if thats what i prefer. The NP's and PA are all excellent. Always seen in a timely manner and the offices is usually fairly easy to communicate with."

"Antiquated medicine practiced here; Dr. Maggio and his NPs feel stuck in the 1980s, and they genuinely do push you to the side if your condition doesn't fit what they offer. It's happened to me a handful of times and I’ve tried to move past it, it's gotten WORSE with time, and I've heard multiple reports of other patients getting calls from Lattimore PCM representatives stating outright that they cannot come to Maggio anymore (he's removing them as his patients) because the doctor's familiarity with the condition isn't up-to-date/adequate. One would assume the doctor and NPs would instead conduct themselves as scientists, staying current via inquiry and research so as to not literally abandon people they've formed years-long doctor-patient relationships with (which would be the patient-centered approach)... One would be mistaken about that. It begs the question why Maggio and some of these NPs got into this business in the first place. I don’t know why any well-meaning medical professional would want to limit themselves, and limit their patients, and persist in a state of borderline negligence and malpractice like that. As long as your illnesses are boiler plate, and easy for them to wrap their heads around and remedy, you should be all set* *Doesn't work like that. That kind of approach can DIRECTLY harm your patients. It invites underdiagnosis, untimely diagnosis, misdiagnosis, misprescription, on and on and on… all of which in turn invites litigation, but that’s beside the point. The doctor-patient relationship is supposed to be personal and meaningful, rooted in vulnerability and mutual trust, and at Lattimore PCM that won’t always ring true, or if it does now then it might wither away with time. You will spot glimmers of hope with your NP, and you can maintain perfectly pleasant interactions with everyone inside from start to finish (there are NPs and staff here who are legitimately kind and decent human beings, regardless of their particular medical prowess), but honestly it's places like this that make me question why Primary Care exists to begin with. It's likely that for my own health and wellness I'll have to look elsewhere. You should too."

"I haven't had one bad experience at this place. They are busy sometimes, but, I even then I don't have to wait long. Also, Kelly Jo is the best NP for me, love her."

"When I graduated from U of R, I had to look for new PCP and I found this office as they accept new patient. I first saw a NP and then she suggested me to see Dr DiMaggio for physical, his slot for physical can be a long wait so a year later today, I finally had my first visit with Dr. DiMaggio, he is very thorough, personal, kind, and caring. I read bad review here and honestly I was expecting worse only to find this office and Dr. DiMaggio is amazing. They are very kind and friendly."

"Dr. Maggio is the most condescending person I’ve ever come across in my life. He met me for 2 minutes before drilling me with a hundred questions and talked me into a literal panic attack. Don’t come here if you want to be seen by a professional doctor."
