"I purchased a mattress from the bed shed last summer. I was not pleased with it, as it sagged after a short time using it. I finally called John this week and he came to my house within an hour to check out the mattress. He said that it is under warranty and that he would replace it, which he did just three days later. I have never had such a quick response to a complaint and such a fast resolution. I highly recommend the bed shed to anyone shopping for a mattress. Price was great and service Is excellent!"

"Bed Shed gave us absolutely wonderful customer service. John actually asked intelligent questions about style of bed, our combined weight etc. We conducted from the car as we travelled home. To get our delivery as we returned he ended up delivering the unit himself as we were delayed an route. We didn't have to sleep on the floor thanks to him. Great guy, Great experience and great Ned. Buy local...it matters..Small business owners care!"
