"If I could give zero stars, I would. I'd been having trouble with ingrown toenails, and went in for the procedure. No idea the level of pain, since I suffer Peripheral Neuropathy, but they went ahead. After a few minutes they had me put my foot down. I was dripping blood enough to make a puddle. They said that was normal, wrapped more gauze, and had me check out. I was bleeding so much I left footprints all the way to the desk. They had me check out anyway. I literally left with a shoe filled with blood and had to drive myself home. I'm probably lucky I didn't pass out behind the wheel and kill someone. I will never go to this place again, nor will I let anyone I know or care about go there."

"This was my first time going to Dr Popovici and he is a terrible doctor. I went for a toe fungi and he did exrays on both my feet that were not needed. I have a foot Dr at SOS that does my foot work. I think he scams the insurance companies. He did not wear a mask and I am 64 yrs of age and have never heard a doctor use the f... word before. He has terrible bed side manners."

"My husband has seen Dr. Popovici a few times recently since the Covid virus. Dr. Does NOT ware a mask when caring for people. It's highly unusual that he does not follow "Best practices" to protect his patients. His staff do wear masks but for some reason, he feels exempt and his patients are being put at risk because of his inconciderateness. There is NO excuse for a "Dr." To operate in this fashion. It's unsafe!"

"My husband’s initial appointment was scheduled for 8 am and he wasn’t seen until 9 am. On his follow-up appointment (scheduled for 8:15 am) he walked into the office and waited to be acknowledged by the office staff. After 3 min they finally looked up from their personal cell phones to check him in. After 15 minutes he was then taken to a room at which time he asked the assistant if the Dr was in yet only to be told he wasn’t. After 45 minutes of waiting for the Dr to get in, he walked out. The office assistant suggested he make his appointment for 9 am when the Dr comes in. My husband shared with the staff that it was ridiculous that they schedule appointments at 8 am when the Dr doesn’t arrive until 9 am. This office has no regard for others time. I could see if there was an emergency and he was running late but to schedule patients knowing that you aren’t arriving until 1 hour after is IMO very unprofessional and unacceptable."
