"GO HERE! I needed a customized engraved sign for my dad's birthday so I sent them a picture and they got EVERY DETAIL!!! It looks PERFECT! I'm seriously so impressed. Ive been here about 8 months ago to get an engraved desk plaque for my husband and they get it every time. They called & emailed me to ask about my design and making sure it works. They're always so nice everytime I come here too. Highly recommend for personalized gifts."

"My wife and I ordered a wood flag from Reczko’s. The half American half thin blue line flag was the perfect item, as I have been a part of both entities. We went to buy it in mid October 2021 and were told the flag was out of stock, but informed I could order it and have it shipped to any address. This was perfect because we were about to move across the country and we paid for the flag in full that day. Several weeks went by and we still hadn’t received anything. We figured shipping was delayed, as was everything else during those months. My wife called the number that is listed online and it went to someone’s cell phone, instead of the store, which we found strange. They proceeded to transfer her to the store where someone said they would check on the status of our order and call back. Another several weeks went by and no one called. My wife tried again and this time didn’t get transferred to the store. Instead, the man who answered, asked to send him the details of our order via text and that he would look into it. My wife promptly did, but again heard back from no one. At this point it’s January 2022, three months after our initial order, and still no flag. My wife tried to call the number again and each time it was like having to start at square one. It became clear the person she was speaking to and texting had no interest in locating the flag, or doing anything about it. At one point, he said something along the lines of I don’t know what to tell you, if you ordered it then it was sent. Basically we were getting the run around. After several attempts to get this resolved, I made one final call, in a last ditch effort. Magically, after I, a male, called about the item, the flag was somehow located and the person claimed it had been sent back to them for some unknown reason; even though I never received a call informing me of this. We weren’t buying the excuse, but whatever, we just wanted our flag. He then said they would ship it again the following business day and provide us with tracking information. We waited several business days and reached out for the tracking info and he basically ghosted us. No response, no nothing. We ultimately had to dispute the charge with our bank and they obviously sided with us, after providing all of the details. It’s a shame that Reczko’s has such shady business practices. We bought many gifts from them over the years, so we had no reason to suspect this would be such an ordeal. They aren’t the only ones who sell these flags. We happily bought one somewhere else, but I wanted to warn anyone that if there are any issues with your order, don’t expect them to be any help. Actually, they will just try to keep your money. "I’ve loved going into Reczko’s Crafts since he first came to Salmon Run Mall, everything in his shop is so unique and beautiful. Anytime I’ve been in there the staff is very polite and helpful as well as Rob himself. I brought my daughter in there this evening and she painted a unicorn night light. He offered her to go on the bounce houses at his newest store Reczko’s Xtreme Cornhole but after finishing up shopping it was getting late and we had to head out. I appreciate how friendly and talkative he is and will continue to support his businesses!"

"Awesome shop for some cool gifts! I have a table, 2 cabinets, plus some signs. My favorite is a sign that Rob did up for me and Ms. Amanda did the color on. I was really happy being able to find an Autism sign that had the colors I wanted. Very friendly couple, and if you like the smell of wood, definitely go there! Very relaxed atmosphere with happy staff. I'm on the lookout for something new."
