"I have to say, in a world where most pharmacists are increasingly difficult to communicate with - Sandy at this particular CVS is the exception. I called in a prescription today for a patient and she was a joy to work with. She was attentive, humorous, and just overall delightful. Thank you for being such a kind human being."
"Actually had to ask if they could support and respect my privacy. Very unreliable when going to that place to choose self checkout other than not being open for some reason and the most annoying thing is not being able to scan your purchases so you have to wait for the staff to assist."
"Of all locations, I like this one the least. Pharmacy takes forever. And so backed up they don’t even ask if you have questions about your prescription. Was given the wrong prescription because it’s so chaotic and disorganized. On top of that, their other customers don’t believe in personal space and will stand RIGHT behind you while you’re at the register speaking to the pharmacist. Literally had to ask if they could kindly back up and respect my privacy. Front register isn’t much better, typically just one person. Self checkout is not reliable either, either it’s not open for whatever reason or it doesn’t scan what you’re buying so you have to wait for an associate to assist. Overall, every time I come here, it’s just been a bad experience. I used to work for another CVS years ago, this one is just incredibly poorly ran. Over it, after this last visit I’ll be going to the other ones in the area who have it together."
"Love coming to this pharmacy. Just note that the pharmacy hours are a bit different than CVS store hours. Also lunch break is from 1:30 pm to 2 pm everyday. Hope this helps!"
