"A product from their site popped up on a search and had good pricing. I was weary, but decided to purchase it anyway. Then I found another item at a great price so I made a purchase for two things. I was actually concerned that it was a scam, so I was watching the whole process carefully. I received an order email after placing the order...check. I received an email when the order shipped...check. I kept waiting for a deliver notification but didn't receive one. So I used the link in their email to see if it was delivered and the tracking number was not found. Immediately panicked of course. I opened a chat with their customer service and they answered pretty much immediately...check. I gave her the order number and she tracked it. She said it was delivered...Hmmm So then I took the tracking number from the email and pasted it into a browser and sure enough, delivered. CHECK! Pros: affordable prices, sometimes a coupon, timely emails, chat feature available. Cons: no free shipping coupons (almost a deal breaker for me), packaging was not great but sufficient, do NOT buy something here if you like to keep things in-box unless you're willing to forgive a few dents in the box, no packing materials - items just thrown into a box. But it was worth it for me! I am placing my second order but REALLY REALLY wish they had free shipping coupons!"

"These guys are horrible. Their customer service is the worst. The checkout had my old address and I immediately called customer service within minutes of entering the order to change the shipping address. They didn't answer because it was thanksgiving. But I called the very next day and still not answer. Both times I left detailed voicemails begging them to change the address and to return my call. They never called me back and apparently never heard their messages and just shipped to the wrong address, although they received timely notice. Their policy is that they will not remedy the situation once it is shipped. These people are horrible!! Don't buy from these people!!!!!"

"Ordered item April 4 2021. Label was created April 6 2021. Last known location... Elizabeth, NJ April 6. Called Walmart (Ordered through them) April 19th and was emailed by Kids Warehouse that day saying shipment was lost would I like a refund or replacement? I wanted replacement. All of the sudden my original order is moving again... long story short... ORDER WAS NEVER SENT OUT. Very disappointed."

"Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. While their prices are competitive and items arrived quickly, I had the hardest time placing my order - their website was not working. I spent over a week trying to place the actual order after multiple attempts on different devices and calls in to their team. By the time I was able to successfully place the order - the promo code I had expired and they would not honor it. They ensured me no more promo codes would be offered in the coming days so I just placed my order and of course I receive a promo code next day - when calling in to have it adjusted I was refused again - clearly they don’t believe in making the customer happy - the worst customer service - beware!"

"The prices are unbeatable! I've never ordered from them so I was hesitant because it looked to good to be true. I shopped around for the items I ordered and other websites had the same items for way more. To my surprise my order arrived 2 days later, packed perfectly and very neat--everything looked spectacular! Excellent quality items. I am very pleased! Will definitely order from them again. They are a hidden gem. Many blessings for continued success to the company."
