"Was just screamed at by an absolutely unhinged woman working the register. Apparently she didn't like that I was making an iced coffee drink... with a machine that makes iced coffee. Having a hard time wrapping my head around that one. Apparently this location has a history of berating customers, not to mention is is dirty and unkempt. Would give negative stars if google allowed."

"Staff constantly yelling at customers. Telling me I'm making my coffee wrong & that they don't participate in the sales & promotions that every other 7-11 does."

"I've been a loyal 711 customer my whole life. For the past decade I've been solely going to the 711 on Little East Neck road in West Babylon, however after witnessing the cashier as well as several customers not following the NYS mask law, I will no longer be associating myself with this location! Its deplorable how the signs in the window reminding people to be courteous and wear masks has been taken down. I understand some people have health conditions where a mask is not an option for them, however I find it hard to believe that staff and a half dozen customers all went in to the same location at the same time not wearing protective face garments. This puts your employees as much as the customers at risk, needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so! Sincerely, A once loyal customer of over 20 years to your chain and a loyal customer to this particular location for the past 10 years!"

"Same guy stands outside this 711 for hours in evening asking for money. 1-2 times helped and have seen others biy him coffee n a snack. When he starts walking up to cars ( i have a protective dog that will bite) thats when I am done with establishment. The dude is 25-30 yrs younger then me. Well dressed with intact clothing.... GET a JOB. 7-11 needs to ask him to go now because as a woman....i will no longer stop there for coffee b4 going to do night shift. I will go to other surrounding 7-11 including one on Sunrise next to Best Market where that Manager would never let same person ( let alone any person) pan handle money from customers. Im serious Get A job....id like to retire and work hard. Do not need to be bothered with same lazy person begging for money every night. 711 on Little East Neck is a dump and to be honest staff person guy works all the time alone and he was decent so went there for a coffee. Not anymore. Lost my business n i am sure others because you Do not ask the lazy dude standing by Redbox begging for $$ every night to leave property. No one would even want to rent a movie with him near machine. I have watched him beg, and when u start approaching people in their cars then its time to move on from the harrassment. Honestly, i would let my dog bite him because Ive told him several times back away from my car my dog will attack n I will open window to let him protect me. Enough with the pan handling for booze or drugs or whatever the lazy reason is your not out working like I have too. Stay away from this place 9pm to 1am"

"*** BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!******************************** I had reported fraud to my bank based on fake charges, and 7-11 disputed the charges. Now I have to call the cops to file a report, which I will be doing this week. They we're charging little charges for months without me noticing. I finally realized it when I was charged during the snow storm a few weeks back. NO ONE left my house those few days, yet I had charges showing on my account. CHECK YOUR CARDS AND STATEMENTS!!!!!!!!!"
