"Been going here awhile. One rude experience after another just with the male staff. Today was the final straw. It was the owner that was VERY rude & he thought I was already out the DOOR when he passed his rude comment to his employee BUT I heard him. I informed him of such and how he just lost another customer. OVERPRICED & OBNOXIOUS OWNER . Stay away!!!"

"Bad experience every time. Inconsistent instructions and the people here are not good at managing customer expectations . They also tried to sell me a box for a "no label no box" Amazon return because they said they didn't have any that would fit. I called Amazon and they said this is possibly fraudulent practice. I come back with my own box as directed by the employee despite the no label no box QR code and they said they couldn't ship my return because it was too heavy? Meanwhile the first person I saw also weighed my packages and did not bring this up at all. 2 trips lugging my stuff there and back and I still haven't completed my returns because of this UPS."

"Just left the UPS store and had four different packages going out to different places and the staff was just so helpful and patient. They made sure they took their time and got everything right and helped me to make sure it went smoothly! Vickie was awesome but the rest of the staff was polite and professional as well."

"CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I had been in the UPS store to mail a return parcel. The woman informed me, as the parcel was wrapped in cellophane, that it could not be accepted this way. She stated that I should wrap it in a brown bag. I took that to mean that I should wrap it in brown paper. (She should have said "padded envelope." Or even offered to sell me one at that moment.) Today, I brought said parcel back in, wrapped in brown paper, and was told by the woman who was helping me, that it could not be accepted. I questioned her, and stated that I was in a few days before and told to wrap it in brown bag. At this point, another employee, a disabled man, yelled at me "No one told you that. You're lying." I was taken aback by this. I told him not to speak to me that way, he stated he could speak to me any way he wanted because I was a LIAR. I began to explain to the appearance of the woman who told me to wrap in brown bag, and come to find out, that the woman I am describing is this man's mother. Now he becomes even more heightened, and is accusing me of calling his mother a liar, which I never did. At this point another customer told him he cannot talk to me like that, and yet another customer told him to end it. The woman who was helping me continually apologized for his behavior, but never did anything to stop it. He harassed me until I left the store, crying and shaking. At which point, I told him he needs to learn to talk to customers and he screamed at me "Enough! Enough!" I still can't believe that this happened. If we hadn't been in the store and I had had this encounter on the street, I would have called the police due to the level of harassment I was experiencing. This is not a person who should be working with the public. I am absolutely disgusted. No one should be treated the way I was treated by this man today."

"I want to share a cautionary review about UPS when returning items from Amazon. It has come to my attention that some UPS locations, including this one, may charge extra fees, sometimes exceeding the item's purchase cost, when processing Amazon returns. This was confirmed by Amazon's customer service team. When you print a return label from Amazon, the cost they provide should cover the entire return process. You have the flexibility to obtain your own box, whether it's a used one or purchased from UPS, and simply affix your Amazon return label to it. There should be no additional charges for this service. It's concerning that this particular UPS location seems unaware of Amazon's return policies, which should not involve extra fees. Be cautious when dealing with such locations to avoid unnecessary expenses during the return process."
