"This pharmacy is not professional at all, my doctor sent several prescriptions at 10:30 Am, and at 4:30 PM, CVS told me the doctor didn't send them. The funny thing is they told me I have three different names, and they should follow the names on the health insurance card, not doing what they think it is. It is not the first time the doctor has sent prescriptions to this store, and I also found it difficult the last time 4/10/2023 came in to pick up my prescriptions. The same thing happened, and later they found them and made my entire pick-up prescription experience so horrible. I'm a pregnant woman who doesn't want every time having the same daily trouble, so I decided to talk to someone in charge. Then I found it difficult to speak to or communicate with the pharmacy manager Jon. He kept blaming others, saying he was not seen in his system, got hundreds of prescriptions a day, told me I have Three names, lol, and let me go back to the doctor and ask them to check the doctor's system. I'm frustrated, and CVS is just being so dumb. I want to let everyone know what happened to me and avoid this store."

"Don't expect your prescription to be ready when you receive a text saying so. That just means wait on line, get up to the front, and be told the prescription will take another 15 minutes. Only then will they start the process of filling it. Even if the prescription was called in days earlier. This happens almost every single time. So then you get to wait on line all over again. The pharmacy staff are also rude and nasty."

"By far the most insulting customer service experience I had. There was an issue with my insurance so I kept asking questions to clarify the matter. The pharmacist ask me if I speak Spanish and then proceed to give me the same “call your insurance” speech in Spanish. I had paid out of pocket for exactly the same prescription a month ago and this time I was charged almost twice the price. When I asked the pharmacist (Miriam) why there was a cost increase she just shrugged her shoulders and told me “I don’t know” . I felt so offended by this pharmacist making assumptions based on my ethnicity. She assumed that I kept asking questions because I do not understand or speak English."
