"Good customer service has to begin with good management. I have noticed that the owner of the store treats his employees really bad! I see the same people working there seven days a week for over eight hours. That is why they are always on their phones. Because the manager doesn't give them a day off to ever see or talk to their friends and loved ones."

"Always seems dirty and unkempt. Staff seem more interested in their phones then helping customers or taking care of the store. Was in recently there was a full cup of coffee spilled across the counter and floor of the coffee area, that didn’t seem like a recent spill. Boneless wings were so dried out and hard they must have been sitting there for hours! I’m sure 7-11 has guidelines for food handling but obviously this store lost them in their mess."
