"This market has so many delicious Portugese products! They have a meat department and a freezer full of treats. It is well worth a visit."

"I use the laundromat which had a person there to make change and had dozens of both washers and dryers. Only one machine was marked out of order. A very good experience and it was a Sunday afternoon."

"Definitely just your average neighborhood deli. The staff will grow on you after a few interactions. I always get a sandwhich before I hop on the train. pick my bread from the bin and have them slice some deli meats. It’s like $5, decent size and relatively clean. Always loved this place. Parking is non existent (typical mineola) so get in and get out."

"This place has grown on me over the years. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and the place has definitely gotten better. There are now fresh fruits and vegetables, previously only Portuguese meats and pastries. Prices however are higher than other stores right around the corner. But hey...location location location. The Portuguese food and pastries are amazing as well as the coffee selection. Would like to see more produce selection. Would be awesome if they had breakfast sandwiches."

"Great Portuguese market. We always buy our chorizo here and it's always wonderful! Best part is the pastries they have in the window. Love love love the small custard tarts. I dream of the tarts."
