"Prices are good and they are well stack on everything. But their baked goods are not dated at all. I bought a pie and it didn’t have a date on it. The next day the pie had green meldew on it. Their baked pies, cakes and cookies should be marked with a date."
"Terrible service for online orders....they don't contact customers on items they don't have, they are rude, very bad customer service and the give you whatever they feel like even if you don't eat the item. Happen to me twice on ordering from them would never order from this supermarket again and would not recommend anyone if they want good service."

"I am so grateful to the staff at Ideal! I was extremely sick and my mom called on my behalf to order some essentials. My mom explained what was going on and even though it was after their delivery service hours, they agreed to help me out and deliver! They were at my door in minutes! They are amazing people, truly compassionate and kind, Jesse and the team are the best and I will never forget they helped me!"
