"I love Tony's! I have been shopping here for many years, even when I moved out of the community into another part of Brooklyn. I purchase all my herbs, teas, powders, vegan, and Alkaline products from their shop. The quality is great and affordable. I often have to mail herbs to my family members who live out of state! I do wish Tony's offered an online store. But until then, they will continue to get my business!"

"Replying to, Don Samad's review; There is always two sides to every story. I gathered that you can be a bit of an overbearing customer... one who assumes that your patronage to an establishment entitles you to be snobbish and rude. There is an abundance of Health-Foods stores that you could have frequented over the years but, you chose, Tony's... you don't return to an establishment if you've repeatedly experienced poor customer service! My family and I have shopped at, Tony's for many years... over twenty-five to be exact! Even after moving out of NYC (I've since moved back), I'd return every other month to shop. Never have I ever ... I can truthfully say that their customer service is excellent!!! Communication is key... letting her know that your bag was too full, or that you would require another bag wouldn't have cost you a thing but a little effort. You assumed! It's unfortunate that you chose to leave a negative review... but, I'm confident that, Tony's will continue to thrive and give the excellent customer service they have been known to give every customer since they've opened for business.
