"8/2/23 10:55am I called the store to ask if they carried protein powder. A woman answered in which I started with "Hi good morning. Do you guys sell protein powder?" At first it seemed as if she didn't understand my question and then put me hold. The second time she came back on the phone I repeated my question and she asked if it was a vitamin. I said "It's a powder. You put it in your smoothies." So she said yeah it has vitamins and so I was put on hold again. After a minute a man picked up in which I asked him about the brand of protein powder I was looking for once he answered me hurriedly and hung up immediately. No thanks or goodbye or anything. Smh"

"Park Natural has been out local go-to store since we moved here in 2009, and I’d be devastated if they closed. I am appalled at reading so many horrible reviews about the staff. Utterly ridiculous. The cashiers are sweet, shy, and have never made me or anyone I’ve ever seen wait because they are on their phone nor have I ever witnessed anyone ever being rude to anyone. As a customer, if you want to strike up a cordial conversation for the few minutes your groceries are being rung up, then be a good human and start one. If there is a product I’m searching for and can not find, the cashiers have asked the stock people, and if they are out of it, I’ve requested they consider carrying it, and they have brought it in. If you need anything homeopathic, Bob is the man! One could talk to this guy about homeopathy for hours. It’s a well stocked store, a bit pricey, but still, I’d be devastated if they closed their doors. I find the staff super accommodating and very neighborly. Thanks Park Natural!"

"It’s places like this that make Whole Foods and Amazon Prime so successful. I want to support this local business and have shopped here for years despite the rude cashiers. The cashiers are on their phones the whole time and when you walk up to check out they look at you like you are bothering them and interrupting their text messaging. I’d rather just pay less at Whole Foods and get it delivered. With such poor customer service I don’t know how this place stays in business. Its such a shame because the produce is good and there's a good selection. But after repeated bad customer service, as previous reviewers have mentioned, it just leaves a bad taste and I'd rather spend spend my money down the block at Union Market, the produce place across the street from Union Market on Court St or Whole Foods."
