U&i deli grocery corp

"The service provided here at U&I grocery is disgraceful. The one man behind the counter desperately needs to go to a doctor and get prescribed to him a hearing aid, because he requires one to repeat whatever it is they tell him they need from behind the counter EVERYTIME. And in situations in which there is some kind of social pressure, usually with customers expressing impatience due to this clerks handling of a individual customers service need, he will turn on and from servicing this individual customer to insulting and verbally abusing them instead, as he is scared and bitter of and by working in this and the neighboring neighborhoods and anything that shines light on his inefficiency as a clerk, he will pass the blame onto the customer in need. Ive seen it happen 10+ times. Then, the guy that works overnight, what horrible service. He only allows access to certain items to people he likes, as ive personally been denied access to items behind the counter and display case for no reason other then he doesnt fell like opening the display case, as well as only serving hot food for hungry customers of his choosing as ive personally been denied a beef patty on multiple occasions only to the watch someone who frequently hangs out inside the store overnight pop inside the store, order, and receive the same beef patty he just denied me. His excuse was, "the grill is off" yo my guy, you make beef patties in the microwave, whatchu mean the grill is off. If i could give this store a zero star rating i would. Only reason they receive ANY business at night is because they are the only store open all night for quite a distance. The nearest stores that remain open for business along with U%I are at least 3 quarter miles away, and they only operate via/through the spinning window."

"PHONE NUMBER LISTED DOESN'T WORK!! So I Ordered thru Seamless/GrubHub and even they couldn't get them on the phone. This deli didn't honor any of my special instructions or details for my order. Extremely disappointed, as I would be a regular delivery customer! Just another reason I'm moving out of Stapleton and off Staten Island to Manhattan. HORRIBLE deli and will NEVER use them again, or shop there when I'm out."
