"Bought a packet of cheese crackers that had been taken out of a multi pack- no bar code, "NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE", and after eating one that tasted funny, discovered it had expired AUGUST 1st! (Purchase date Sept 15). Is it so important the franchise owner makes money off every last thing that you risk making your customers sick? CHECK YOUR DATES!!! STOP RESELLING NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE PRODUCTS! Potential customers- DO NOT BUY FOOD AT THIS LOCATION. It is not the customer's responsibility to ensure the products they purchase are still edible."

"Was in dire need of Coffee from driving for hours. They have the coffee machine where it's freshly grinded and brewed. It was fresh and delicious with my coffee roll! Store was stocked well with wide variety of baked goods, food and snacks."

"Either the Franchisee or an employee apparently has a problem with people of color patronizing this store. Well, today you chased one of the organizers of a large protest out of your store and accused her of stealing. The cup she had in her hand doesn't even look like your cups. She used the ATM. Some else witnessed you chasing a Black young man out of the store yesterday. You accused him of stealing. You found nothing on him. You were unapologetic. Your racial profiling will not be tolerated. You profiled and embarrassed a hard-working, college-educated, community-minded young woman. Your error will have a lasting impact on your bottom line."
