"Poor customer service. While customer waits by the register they stack and fill merchandise. Last time I went at the counter they scanned my item and someone called. Lady picked up the call and when I said can I pay with card she showed me her hand sign to stop/wait. I immediately left the store. Other people I know around the block experienced similar incident. People who work there need to be trained for customer service."
"Loved the food at the restaurant part of the store!! The service was wonderful and they make you feel like family.. will definitely return!!"
"Overall experience was meh. There wasn't anyone in the store and I was still practically invisible. When I asked for a smaller amount of meat, only a couple pounds, I was told to take the frozen portion, which I did not want or I would have just grabbed it from the freezer to begin with. I was trying to give the newer grocery store a chance, but I'll stick to the smaller options along Starling going forward. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the supermarket, which you can see patrons exiting from beside the meat area."
"This is a great new addition to the Bengali community. The area is very competitive for Desi grocery business in that area, but I believe Bari has the potential to be one of the go-to places for regular grocery shopping. Their dry food and non perishable product selection is better than most other groceries in the area, however, their fresh produce is not always fresh or in stock, hopefully that will change when they build a bigger customer base to keep the fresh products in rotation."
"Sadly I didn't need anything but just visited for the sake of seeing the inside and because found and free parking space right in front of the store. The looked nice clean and tidy and a wind range of items as far as a Bangladeshi supermarket goes. I did buy few things and my daughter as usual bough for chocolate bars. The store looks a bit small inside and if it gets very busy it will be difficult to shop in. As your facing the store left door should be exit only and the right door entrance. I did a video but it's missing, so just a pic from the side."
