"I Just Moved around here I loved Urban Market, Read the reviews on this Place still decided to give it a Chance I’m Pregnant so I shop a lot and look for the Fresh quality or decent deals and food , ITS HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I ONLY BROUGHT 6 peppers a small bag of chesse 3 turkey wings from the RUDEST MEAT MARKET MAN EVER the sticks of butter and 2 Packs of weird looking ground beef spent $50 Just Terrible SMH and a bag is $2.49 PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE"
"This place is close to my house and I’ve been there a lot to buy fruits and/or vegetables. They’ve put panels up to protect the fruits and vegetables and it ripped my Michael Kors down coat. I asked to speak to a manager and was brushed off. They spoke Spanish amongst one another and were just VERY rude. I wasn’t aggressive or rude with them, just wanted info on the manager. I had to call the police and they lied and gave us the wrong information on the manager. This is not how you treat customers. Edit: I was able to speak to the manager who recompensed me for the cost of repair to my coat."
"The manager there is nasty, rude and disrespectful. As an experienced customer service manager, I wanted to discuss with the manager on the rudeness his baggers had with me (and all I wanted to do was bag my own groceries). The manager refused to come speak with me and due to me wanting to wait for him he came down yelling at me and tried to remove my belongings from the counter. When requested for him to not touch my bags he grabbed my arms in attempt to get my bags. Asked him to not touch me and he proceeded to put his hands on me 2 more times. As I left the store and was a block away, he began to yell and insult me in the presence of cops."
