"Their white gold cheese is usually to die for.. however the last two times I've ordered 5lbs there were issues.. the second to last time there was hair in two of the bricks of cheese and the last order taste nothing like the original white gold. This batch of cheese isn't nearly as sharp, definitely not worth $80, Cabot sells White Oak that has more flavor than this last batch."
