"Ignorant rude tech at the drive thru is the least of the issues with this garbage pharmacy. Recording says RX will be ready at 2pm. Show up at almost 3:30 and they say 15 to 20 more minutes. Now I will be late for work because of this. Last time here, last time I will use any CVS pharmacy. Specially this one. Not acceptable. They just lost a 30 year customer. See ya."

"I hardly ever write reviews and after how awful the North Tonawanda CVS pharmacy location was to my mom (who has terminal cancer) I never thought I would be giving CVS 5 stars at anything. However, I am so glad we found this location. Kaylee and Krystal are absolutely phenomenal. I can’t even begin to describe how nice they have treated us and how on top of things they are. Everyone at this location is top notch and I sincerely thank you for your kindness, it truly goes a long way when someone is battling bad health."

"I have always had my prescription done here but the last two times my prescriptions were not ready. Granted they were called in way ahead of time. I went to pick my prescription up tonight that was called in at 10:00 this morning. Got there at 4:00 and it's still was not ready. I'm going to have to switch pharmacies. People don't want to deal with that."
